All bookings are final. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved time may not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in the event of hardware failure or emergency.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for toxic behavior, harassment, or damage to our premium hardware. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund and potential permanent bans.
Users are responsible for the physical hardware during their session. Intentional damage or theft will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
